About me
Hey! I am David your coach & the founder of Hellix.
My Journey
My sports journey began in my home country of Argentina, where I explored various disciplines from 2012, including Muay Thai, Gymnastics, Swimming, Volleyball, and Football. While these activities were engaging, none had a transformative impact on my life or physical skills and functional strength.
That all changed in 2016 when I discovered Calisthenics – the art of using your own body weight as resistance to develop strength and mobility. This practice revolutionized my approach to fitness.
Expertise and Experience
In 2018, I moved to Dubai to train with some of the world’s best Calisthenics athletes, mastering a variety of exercises, progressions, regressions, and routines. By 2020, I relocated to Sydney, where I coached as an F45 instructor in the north shore and northern beaches areas, helping clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals.
In 2021, I joined Jetts as their club manager and head trainer, further enriching my experience in the fitness industry.
Recent Developments
From 2022 to 2024, I took two years off work for self-discovery and growth. During this time, I completed Zenthai Bodywork Therapy Level 1 the Therapist training.
Specializations
My expertise spans across Calisthenics, functional yoga, and bodywork. I specialize in using bodyweight exercises to enhance core strength, mobility, and overall function. Collaborating closely with my physiotherapist, I learned to create tailored programs for shoulder recovery, lower back issues, and pain, while also improving upper and lower body mobility and core strength.
Current Goals and Vision
My coaching practice aims to empower clients to become their own coaches, guiding them through mobility, strength, and cardio. I focus on helping them gain self-awareness, body confidence, and mental clarity. My goal is for clients to feel seen, understood and empowered to embrace their authentic selves with confidence and shine their light.
I envision my future work as a facilitator, creating nurturing environments where individuals can learn to move and embody their authentic selves with confidence and peace.

A great way to improve fitness and wellbeing
2020 had been a difficult year for me. I knew I need to start exercising, but I was looking for something other than the gym.
That’s when I came across David at Hellix coaching, and booked in for my free introductory session. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I didn’t know much about calisthenics – it’s been such a great experience and the results have been really noticeable.
It’s been about six weeks now and I am the fittest I’ve ever been. David’s unique approach means that it’s more than personal training, he’s happy to listen and share ideas and tips to improve your overall health and wellbeing. The outdoor locations make exercising fun and also allow you to forget about your troubles and focus on yourself. I wish I’d have known about calisthenics years ago.

Over the sessions he helped me understand my body and mind in new different ways. With his guidance I was able to explore new movement patterns that never thought possible. I felt empowered to continue pursuing new goals.
